Those that purchase the Mercedes-Benz AMG® GLA 45 will get a turbo 4, 2 liter engine that is capable of generating 382 horsepower, with the ability to accelerate from zero to sixty in 3.8 seconds. Those that purchase the Chevrolet Traverse will get a V6, 3.6 liter engine that can generate 310 horsepower. It takes 6.9 seconds for it to accelerate from zero to sixty.
The Mercedes-Benz GLA Class totally outclasses the Chevrolet, with vastly superior horsepower, zero to sixty acceleration and interior amenities, and this doesn’t take into account the Traverse’s rudimentary AWD, lackluster fuel economy and limited options, all of which make the Mercedes-Benz the better buy.
