Courtesy Policy

At Mercedes-Benz of Huntington we are happy to make your service experience a convenient one by providing our customers with an exceptional courtesy vehicle fleet. Customers must be 21 years or older to obtain a courtesy vehicle and must present a valid credit card, insurance card, and driver’s license. We will not be able to release a courtesy vehicle to any customer who does not provide these three items to keep on file. Courtesys are available by appointment and must be made in advance, so be sure to contact us to schedule your next appointment with our Service Department. One of our friendly Customer Care Coordinators would be happy to schedule you with the next available courtesy vehicle appointment we have.
