Overall good experience. Tom, our sales person is very efficient,responsive, straightforward, no gimmicks other that paying over sticker price. I understand that in current automobile market it's a common practice, but Mercedes take it to a all new level and excessive compare to other brands. I have been a loyal Mercedes customers for 15 years (although first time I am being from Mercedes-Benz of Huntington).
