Best of the best. Have previously reviewed the sales force - this time - the accolades belong to the service dept. Joseph Heyenoort was fantastic. He kept me updated and did everything in his power to correct my issue. I had an intermittent condition, and Joe even called in his shop foreman (Pete) to solve it. Pete was knowledgeable and demonstrated uncanny product knowledge. Both these gentlemen were consummate professionals. They showed skill, interest, and understanding. Should also mention, the entire staff I encountered in Service were warm and welcoming.
